Every E-Bike we assemble goes through an 15-point inspection, that guarantees your bike will be assembled correctly and with the highest safety standards. We custom fit your bike to your individual riding style, size & needs. Your assembly includes the E-Bike, attachments of any additional accessories, and much more! CUSTOM FITTING & COMFORT ADJUSTMENT

• Acceleration adjustments to fit your comfort level - Do you want all the potential speed unlocked or would you prefer less power when taking off?
• Height & Angle of the seat adjusted - to fit your body type and needs.
• Height and angle of the handlebars - Adjustable neck options for a more upright or lean forward riding position. Your back, arms and wrists will thank you!
• Positioning brake lever angle and placement - No more numb hands on long rides.
• Ergonomic throttle angle and placement.
• Accessories location for ease of use and personal preference - Display, mirrors, phone holder, water bottle, USB phone charger ect…
• A few moments of attention to detail can make all the difference in your riding experience.

E-Bike TUNING

• The gears and derailleurs are adjusted and road tested for alignment and smooth shifting.
• Bedding-in new brakes - a process using friction to transfer brake pad material to fill the pores of the rotor, for contestant and safe breaking.
• The tires are injected with our liquid Kevlar, bulletproof flat tire protectant. Any puncture hole will automatically self seal.
• All and any tension adjustments needed are made to the various cables.
• The wheel and frame alignments set and checked.
• The wheel spokes are checked and tightened if needed.
• Every nut and bolt must be tightened to manufacturer's torque specifications, to ensure your safety and stability.
• Appropriate oils and greases are applied to moving parts of the bike.

Safety and Operation Tutorial

• When you pick up your new E-Bike, we will personally take the time to go over operating instructions for your specific model and brand of eBike.
• Address all questions and concerns you may have. Allow our experts to assist you!
• Do you want to go faster or slower, connect with other riders, find a service location, check your stats or calories burned? Yep, there’s an app for that!
• Complete the custom fitting and off you go!
