General Return Information

At E-Bike Alley, we always aim to help you find the correct product in the correct size when you visit our store. In fact, we strongly encourage all customers to try multiple sizes, styles and types of Electric Bikes, so that you can start enjoying your new Electric Bike as quickly as possible and avoid the need to do an exchange.In the event that you do need to return a product, our simple Return and Exchange policy makes it fast, easy and worry-free to do so.

Regular Return and Exchange Policy

E-Bike Alley will gladly accept returns within 30 days of original purchase date.
Items must be in new condition, with all original packaging, with no damage to the product, and not more than 15 miles on the odometer.
All returns must include all manuals and accessories provided with the product.
Returns and Exchanges may be made at any E-BIke Alley location.

More information and a few exceptions are listed below.

• Special Order items are not eligible for returns
• Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited to the card used for the original purchase
• Refunds for cash purchases will be paid in cash up to $75.
  • A refund check will be issued for purchases made by personal check and cash returns over $75.
  • The refund check should arrive via mail 7-10 business days from the date we receive the return
• Refunds for purchases made with an E-Bike Alley Gift Card or E-Bike Alley Store Credit will have a new store credit issued
