That is why we reimagined our entire approach, carefully selecting brands and models that ensure everyone can find their perfect ride - regardless of budget, body type, or ability. Our journey began with Pedego, where we had the privilege of helping countless riders discover the joy of e-bikes. Welcome to E-Bike Alley, today our showroom tells a different story! E-Bike Alley is your go-to destination for an extensive range of everything electric. One where every person who walks through our doors finds not just a bike, but a path to freedom. What drives me every day is the thrill of creating something new and meaningful. E-Bike Alley Stores are located in Williamsburg and Norfolk, to serve Central and Southeastern VA and Northeastern NC and beyond. Do you live further away? Then make a day trip of it and enjoy the wonderful sights and historic places in downtown Norfolk and Colonial Williamsburg. As an added bonus, we have bike trails just outside our store door in both locations.

Why should I buy from a Brick & Mortar Store, versus online?
1. Try it before you buy it. Make sure the bike is the perfect fit, size, shape, measurement and performance to enable you to enjoy your new electric bike. Avoid the mistake of making an online purchase, only to realize your bike isn't the right bike for you because it is too big, too heavy, uncomfortable, etc.
2. Test ride as much as you want. We encourage potential customers to try out different brands, different styles, different sizes. We offer free test rides from both of our stores, with bike trails right outside our doors. We'll show you how the bikes operate, be with you while you are getting comfortable for your test ride, and we provide a helmet for safety. We say "Kick-the-Tires" (just don't knock over the whole row of bikes! 😂)
3. We ask about you. We are trying to help you find the best bike for your needs. We don't high-pressure you. We work with you. We are patient with you. We ask you questions. We answer your questions. We give you honest information. We find out from you, where you ride, how far you ride, what types of surfaces you ride on, will you be transporting your bike, how you will be transporting your bike, where you might like to ride in the future, all of which help us point you towards the best suited e-bike for your needs. While we need to be profitable to stay in business, we don't push and pressure people for the bike sale.
4. We service your bike. Maintenance, repairs, warranty issues and advice are all things we take care of to keep your bike operating in safe and reliable condition. We have full-service centers and bike mechanics at both our Norfolk and Williamsburg locations. We've invested thousands of dollars to equip our sevice centers with electric repair stands, top-of-the-line bike specific tools, large quantity of replacement parts, and bike specific hardware.
5. We provide delivery and pick-up services. If you need us to transport your new e-bike, but can't with your vehicle, we can help. We offer delivery within the Hampton Roads/Tidewater region (delivery charges may apply, depending on distance).
6. Complimentary 100 to 150-mile tune-up. After the break-in period, your e-bike may need fine-tuning. Shifter (and/or brake cables) stretch and you must adjust the cable tension to compensate. We check your brake pads, rotors and calipers for alignment and clean any brake dust and debris from the pads and rotor. We clean and lubricate the drivetrain, cleaning the rear cassette, derailleur pulleys, chain and front chainring, and lubricate to specs. We check your tires and tire pressure. We check the brake lever pull tension, wheel true, and check nuts and bolts to ensure tightness is to specs.
7. We are your neighbors. We live in the area, our families grew up in this area. We are not an unknown call center operator taking your online order and charging your credit card. We greet you when you come in, we shake your hand, we look you in the eyes, we treat you with respect and kindness.
8. We care about our customers. We support all of Hampton Roads/Tidewater Virginia, and beyond. We have e-bike customers from as far away as Richmond, the Outerbanks, Charlottesville, Roanoke, Charlotte, even Georgia and Ohio, who visited our store, rented our bikes and made a connection with us and bought their e-bikes from us. They stop by to visit when they are traveling with their bikes, for tune-ups, and just to say hi and see what new products and accessories we have in the store.
Mobility isn't one-size-fits-all. Neither are we!
