General Return Information

At E-Bike Alley, we always aim to help you find the correct product in the correct size when you visit our store. In fact, we strongly encourage all customers to try multiple sizes, styles and types of Electric Bikes, so that you can start enjoying your new Electric Bike as quickly as possible and avoid the need to do an exchange.In the event that you do need to return a product, our simple Return and Exchange policy makes it fast, easy and worry-free to do so.

Regular Return and Exchange Policy

E-Bike Alley will gladly accept returns within 30 days of original purchase date.
Items must be in new condition, with all original packaging, with no damage to the product, and not more than 15 miles on the odometer.
All returns must include all manuals and accessories provided with the product.
Returns and Exchanges may be made at any E-BIke Alley location.

More information and a few exceptions are listed below.

Special Order items are not eligible for returns
Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited to the card used for the original purchase
Refunds for cash purchases will be paid in cash up to $75.
- A refund check will be issued for purchases made by personal check and cash returns over $75.
- The refund check should arrive via mail 7-10 business days from the date we receive the return
Refunds for purchases made with an E-Bike Alley Gift Card or E-Bike Alley Store Credit will have a new store credit issued

The Triketan M-330F blends durability, functionality, and convenience, featuring a foldable frame that fits into tight spaces like car trunks or storage corners. The 48V 20Ah high-capacity battery, featuring Samsung cells, delivers ample power with a range of up to 137 km (85 miles). The UL-certified battery ensures a safe and reliable ride. A 750W rear-drive motor (90Nm high torque, 1,400W peak) provides improved traction and stability, while the torque sensor offers extra power for conquering hills and inclines with minimal effort.

Designed with safety and comfort in mind, the trike features a reliable parking brake, an advanced rear differential for smooth turns, and mechanical disc brakes on each wheel for precise stopping. The MOZO 50mm travel front fork suspension ensures a smoother ride on various terrains. The trike is suitable for riders 157-193 cm (5'2"-6'4") tall and includes both front and rear baskets.
